Every year, on the first day of January, the Vienna New Year’s Concert blasts across millions of TV screens around the world. Since the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra started the concert in 1939 it has become a global phenomenon. This drawing includes all three concerts: the New Year’s Day Concert (what you see on TV) on 1st January, 11.15 am; the New Year’s Rehearsal on 30th December, 11.00 am; and the New Year’s Eve Concert on 31st December, 7.30 pm. You can register for the online drawing between 1st and 28th February 2024 for the New Year’s concert 2025 via the Vienna Philharmonics’ website. Notifications of winning applications were sent out in March.

Hunt Down Remaining Tickets

If the concert is sold out, you may be able to find tickets on secondary market sites. However, be careful of scams and make sure to purchase from a reputable source.
